Sensitive person is someone who
experienced acute physical, mental or emotional responses to stimuli. This can
include external stimuli, like your surroundings and the people you're with or
internal stimuli, like your own thoughts, emotions and realizations.
First, Make sure you've had enough
sleep or take a nap before facing a situation that will be highly stimulating.
because People generally say they feel better after they have slept well. Even
after a bad day, they can have a good’s night rest and wake up the next day
with a new outlook. However, most people don’t really think about why this
occurs. They don’t comprehend that sleep actually does help their emotions.
They just tend to think that their physical body has rested, and that is why
they feel better.
Second, Reduce extraneous stimulation by
saying no to things you don't have to do or that you just don't want to do.
Because there are people say that” People need to learn that their actions do
affect other people. So be careful what you say and do, it's not always just
about you.”
Lastly, We need to be more responsible or
protective for our heart or feelings. because there are people say that ‘’You
will be much more effective in being aware of another once you become self aware
of your own emotional motivations, and beliefs. Whenever you evaluate your
relationships, begin by looking at your half.”
Therefore in order to become less
sensitive we should be strong and think first before we react in a certain
situation. We should protect ourselves for us not to be hurt easily.
